The USGA today announced tee times for the first two rounds of the 38th U.S. Senior Open Championship, Thursday (June 29) and Friday (June 30), at 6,815-yard, par-70 Salem Country Club.

Danny Willett of England, has withdrawn from the 2017 U.S. Open Championship on Friday, June 16 due to a back injury.

According to local authorities, a commercial blimp not affiliated with the USGA or the U.S. Open Championship broadcast crashed in an open field approximately a half mile from the Erin Hills golf course at approximately 11:15 a.m. CDT.

Phil Mickelson has withdrawn from the 2017 U.S. Open Championship on Thursday, June 15 because of a previously scheduled family commitment.

Beginning today, fans can purchase tickets for the 2018 U.S. Open Championship at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in Southampton, N.Y., marking the official worldwide release of online gallery and premium package sales, at usga.org/tickets.
