Danny Willett of England, has withdrawn from the 2017 U.S. Open Championship on Friday, June 16 due to a back injury.

According to local authorities, a commercial blimp not affiliated with the USGA or the U.S. Open Championship broadcast crashed in an open field approximately a half mile from the Erin Hills golf course at approximately 11:15 a.m. CDT.

Phil Mickelson has withdrawn from the 2017 U.S. Open Championship on Thursday, June 15 because of a previously scheduled family commitment.

RYAN MOORE, of Las Vegas, Nev., has withdrawn from the 2017 U.S. Open Championship on Thursday, June 8 because of an injury.
