Susan Pikitch

Chief Financial Officer

Susan Pikitch joined the United States Golf Association as its first chief financial officer in June 2015 where she contributes strategic, operational, and financial leadership that is critical to the continued evolution and success of the organization. In addition to her financial accountabilities, she oversees facilities, information technology, golfer handicap and information (GHIN) products, the USGA Museum and Library, the USGA Foundation, and the Pinehurst Visitors Center and administration building. 

Pikitch brings 30 years of diverse experience as a senior financial and operating officer spanning various industries, including public accounting, consulting, financial services, media, publishing and data services. She spent most of her career serving public, for-profit companies, most notably at Standard & Poor’s/McGraw-Hill.  Prior to joining the USGA, Susan was CFO for the Law and Business division of Wolters Kluwer, a leading global provider of solutions and expertise for legal, healthcare and business compliance professionals, where she oversaw various financial and operational functions. At Wolters Kluwer, Susan helped transform the business from a traditional print research organization to a nimbler, more digitally focused company.  Prior to that, Susan led the financial turnaround of TNS Custom Research business (now part of WPP) in the U.S.

A native New Yorker, Susan received her bachelor of science in accounting from Brooklyn College and her MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Currently, she and her husband reside in Morristown, New Jersey.
